Using the advanced post process layout of Accuform's B-SIM, Shadow analysts will identify areas of acceptable process, as well as, areas of concern.

Results obtained from this analysis are: Thickness, Temperature, Von Mises Stress, Critical Venting Areas, Planar Extensions, in addition to the L1/L2 ratio.

Starting with the right and left halves of the mold, our analysts generate the shell mesh and Parison elements. Then using the innovative process and material tools of B-SIM, we develop a processing window ideally suited for the manufacture of the final product.
